• Lead personnel at satellite office.
• Lead a crew on larger jobs and fill in as a field supervisor, running smaller jobs.
• Deploy and operate light and heavy equipment relating to marine services, emergency spill response, industrial cleaning and site cleanup projects.
• Perform inventory, maintenance, and cleanup of boats, equipment, and work areas to ensure supplies are available and compliant.
• Operate boats ranging in size from 10' skiff to 60' barge sets. Operate a variety of vehicles up to and including a crane truck as needed for use in emergency situations.
• Complete paperwork for both company and customers in regard to spill response and scheduled work.

• Care for those who are unable to care for themselves.
• Responsibilities include the administration of medication, appointment keeping, accounting of bills, personal driver, and assist in daily personal care.

• Record repair work orders performed and work estimate repair costs.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Completes preventative maintenance work orders as well as customers work request work orders.
• Perform routine carpentry and electrical work in the repair and maintenance of buildings, offices, etc.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed.
• Complete purchase order forms.
• Fill in for office positions as needed.

• Verifying the lighting conditions at both commercial and residential properties.

• Ensuring the proper care and treatment of the animals while also maintaining a safe work environment.
• Working unsupervised while adhering to strict time constraints.
• Operate track and wheeled heavy equipment..
• Also responsible for keeping up with daily repairs around the ranch.
