I have been at Costco for thirteen years, three of them being a Tire Center Manager. Over the course of three years I have learned inventory control, staff development, and customer relations, consistently meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. In 2023, I joined the Volunteer Sheriff Program where I learned observational skills, leadership, teamwork, and initiative. I partake in Ride Alongs, which has also taught me Police Policy, Procedures, crisis management, and responding to emergencies while remaining calm under pressure. Being a Manager at Costco and a Volunteer Sheriff, integrity has been a big display of my character. I have upheld strong morale principals, demonstrated honest transparency, in addition to holding my self accountable.
