Surety AVP reports to Vice President of commercial insurance operation with key focus in key sectors, such as manufacturing transportation & construction; that require performance guarantees and payment guarantees. My team's job was to review and assess the success of each business application, to determine that they would succeed since if they business owner failed, we had to pay the cost to complete the work. This was a new division that we built and successfully managed within the organization.
