I lead and support our team in ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and guests across our modern multi-channel distribution centers.

Assists the Health and Safety Team with employee-related matters and investigations. Collaborates with the Health and Safety to implement initiatives for employee well-being. Facilitated and coordinated health and safety training for approximately 200 employees, providing education on workplace regulations, policies, and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I bring over 10 years of experience in the security industry, where I have developed strong leadership skills and built credibility within the field. My core competencies include integrity, professionalism, sound judgment, interpersonal communication, management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of security operations and procedures.

I excel in executing strategies and educating team members on daily prevention measures, data analysis, detection, and resolution of loss through outstanding service and proactive engagement within our distribution centers. Additionally, I collaborate effectively with key business partners to align the security department's functions with corporate objectives.

My mission is to safeguard the company's assets and personnel while fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and respect.
