My name is Micaella Raggio, and I'm currently a student at the University of Ottawa. I may not have work experience from a solid job, but I have gained important skills through other experiences. I was raised in a trilingiual home so I know how to fluently speak French, Spanish and English. I have also spent a decent amount of time volunteering to organizations along with babysitting which has helped me develop several skills such as; working with others, adapting to different situations and being precise when doing things.
I babysat for several families for a span that varied hours towards several times of the day.
In Casa Ayuda we help charities around Lima in any way that they need. For example, one important thing which we did is we went to Villa Vida where we participated in activities with teenage mothers(ages:12-17) and their children. The aim was to to raise money for these charities by conducting various activities. My role while volunteering here was to spread awareness about the alarming number of teenage mothers in Peru and raise money to help them out and their families.

This organization aims to help out both dogs and cats who have been abandoned in Lima. They are brought to a shelter and then put for adoption through many fairs. For example, one of these fairs which I attended was hosted in Parque Kennedy(Miraflores,Lima). In these fairs the volonteers walk the dogs around to shop them to possible individuals who are looking for a new member to their family which is what I did.
