  • Learned how to handle & process over $3,000+ in transactions per shift including debit, credit & cash payments. I managed to make daily sales and build relationships with regular’s customers which keeps 100% accuracy in opening and closing tabs. I often worked solo or with one other coworker & still managed to keep the bar clean, stocked & organized. This pub also had two deep fryers 7 a hot dog machine, I also had to manage & use my time management skills to make then deliver food & beverages to costumers. I memorized plenty of cocktails and shot recipes to be able to give suggestions to new customers. Often closed the bar, which included vacuuming, mopping, cleaning tables/bar top, cashing out the POS & keno machine.

Also managed to keep up with clearing and sanitizing tables so there are no dirty tables. I restocked the beer fridges, fruit, utensils, and bar supplies as often as I could.
