I am a strong ECE who has been in the field for more than 20 years. I have been the director at my center for 10 years and an ECE supervisor for the rest. I have extensive work with children with behavioral issues and with kids with special needs. I work well with all staff and parents. I am extremely qualified as i have taken all kinds of courses in speech and language, parenting, FASD,ARND, failure to thrive and allergies. I am very good at working with kids with Autism as well. I love being on the floor and helping kids. I am very good at modeling my ways for other staff.
