• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population across adult and geriatric age groups.
• Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, respiratory illness, dermatologic conditions, and mental health concerns.
• Maintain a high-volume clinical schedule averaging 18–25 patient visits per day.
• Deliver preventive care including annual wellness visits, screening recommendations, and vaccination counseling.
• Utilize telemedicine platforms for remote patient visits, medication follow-ups, and evaluation of acute complaints.
• Perform outpatient procedures including joint injections, incision and drainage, and minor dermatologic procedures.
• Educate patients on medication adherence, lifestyle modification, and chronic disease management.
• Precept physician assistant and nurse practitioner students during clinical rotations.
• Document care using eClinicalWorks, with prior experience using Epic.

Telemedicine Experience

• Conduct virtual visits for acute medical complaints including respiratory illness, dermatologic concerns, urinary tract infections, and medication refill requests.
• Manage remote chronic disease follow-up visits for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
• Provide patient education, medication adjustments, and follow-up planning via telehealth platforms.
