• Followed detailed instructions to operate machines with accuracy and produce quality product
• Set up and adjusted equipment and properly configured machines for daily operation.

• I was also trained in the lab to do quality testing. Used the xray, layson cell and particle sieve testing equipment. There was also a charge test done on the finished toner.
• Use of hand tools and air tools were used to disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning.

• Had my forklift license for a few years till it was no longer needed to do the job when I moved to the lab.

• Competition with other Xerox plants worldwide because of our toner recycling project.
• The Oakville Colour Toner Plant was very good at making sure union and management team members worked well together. We were a family with the same goals.

Shifts may run up to 10 hours

I like to be at least 15 minutes early to be ready for the day ahead.

Getting along with the work group is a must for me.
