  • Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders as a key enabler to execute the strategic plan and operational priorities for the SPH Redevelopment Project (NSPH 1A). Led and facilitated the planning & design review through various stages for several clinical units.
  • Assisted in leading several groups through design and RFP requirements for: IT and equipment components such as Nurse Call System, Wireless Communication Devices, Equipment booms, & various large scale items.
  • Represented the Project to internal and external groups via presentations and attendance in various committees & meeting groups such as New Employee Orientation, Clinical Operations, and conferences. Assisted Communications with the content design for FACT sheets, on-site presentations, and information booklets.
