Was asked to restructure the Edmonton location, as it was an underperforming store, did a total restructuring went from 26 employees down to 7 employees, operated for 4 months and rebuilt it back up over the course of a year to 24 employees.
Restructured all the departments to run more efficiently and profitably, did this by hands on leadership.
Took the store from $7.7 Million in Sales to over $14.6 Million in Sales
Took the store from a heavy 6-digit loss to a healthy 7-digit net profit.
