3. Horizon Program: Data center Migration from on-premises to Azure (Application Services-IFS) - Program Manager

• Managed the entire program budgeted around 10M$, managed multiple project managers and the project teams.
• Developed technical infrastructure planning, data migration and integration services with third-party applications and platforms.
• Successfully coordinated with vendors for the on-time delivery of products and ensured to receive the required support.

• Managing and conducting ILP technical training for the TCS onboarded associates in all the three IT IS ILP centers: Trivandrum, Chennai & Hyderabad.
• Managing ILP training for different geographies: UK, Japan, Philippines, Mexico.
