Raised in a large homeschooled family my problem solving and work ethic came naturally and I was invested in work by the age of 11. I took great pleasure in working hard and with excellence, after a desire to shift into a customer service based workforce I took a position at Toms Pantry. I worked here as a barista, cook, baker, and cashier/server adjusting to long, frequently changing hours and schedules. Often working solo and required to multitask and problem solve during the rushes I quickly gained a reputation of patience and hard work. As the owner Tom went into retirement I shifted my focus back to agriculture. I started my own business, managing my own marketing, scheduling, invoicing and client base grown nearly from scratch. The business took off overnight and I was soon working full time in and out of province. Long hours and constantly changing work environments were commonplace and my people skills increased with every new interaction. After completing my university course I chose to take on a partner to help me manage the workload of the business as I had a desire to return to a more customer service and restaurant based environment. Which brings me here, I hope that you are as curious to know me as I am to know you. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a candidate.
