Oversee clinical and business operations for the North San Diego Region

• maintain Supervisor caseloads including onboarding new clients
• work with Senior Leadership Team to decrease business costs and increase profitability for the region
• opened and manage Carlsbad Learning Center including collaboration with Speech and Occupational Therapy
• manage of all day to day operations within the region
• conduct Quality Assurance Checks on Supervisor cases on a quarterly basis
• complete annual reviews for Supervisors and RBTs
• oversee parent and staff concerns

• Supervise Program Supervisors
• Conduct monthly clinic meetings with Supervisors
• Conduct 1:! clinical support meetings with Clinical Supervisors
• Provide field support to Clinical Supervisors on complex cases
• Respond to emerging parent/staff issues
• Conduct Supervisor performance evaluation meetings
• Implement clinical team Performance Improvement Plans
• Oversee case transitions from Supervisors
• Oversee social skills groups
• Engage in school district outreach

• Management and oversight of full clinical caseload including supervising Behavior Technicians
• Conducting client assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL, Vineland)
• Writing assessments and progress reports
• Consulting with staff on clinical issues
• Conducting parent training with each client's family

• Oversaw caseload of up to 14 clients in a community setting including updating ABA programs, creating behavior intervention plans and conducting parent training
• Writing progress reports and updated treatment plans
• Implementing data based decisions based on progress of programs
• Creating staff training and supervising behavior technicians

• Train 20+ staff on ABA principles
• Maintaining caseload of clients and overseeing implementation of their ABA programs
• Manage day to day program management
• Create and maintain behavior plans and data collection systems

• Assisting children and teens with Autism with communication, social, behavioral and community skills
