Responsible for inventory reporting and analysis for Aggregate product line in Western Canada. Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.

Minimize production imbalances, and achieve maximum revenue.

Responsible for expense tracking, supporting data management and system reporting. Works strategically with field operations to assist in monthly expense accruals. Effectively manage and process the administrative functions for multiple aggregate sites. Completing monthly and mid monthly EBIT Financial forecast analysis.

Responsible for proactive customer account management and discrepancy resolution. Works closely with Commercial and Territory Managers to provide information on customer volumes and products.

Ticket management including releasing, reissue and continuity.

Build internal and external customer quotes as needed.

Responsible for scaling/ ticketing aggregate trucks. Completing all tracking sheets. Manage Field Level Risk Assessments and Contractor hours. Track and reconcile COD Sales
