- I have been with TMS for the last 8 years and in this field of work since 2009.
- I am an excellent communicator, I have many contacts in this industry and understand the strengths and struggles of a non-profit in Edmonton and as a non profit as a whole.
- I have worked front line in the CIC's, I am currently working as the acting director (their terminology) at the partnership table with IOM and HELP, I have previously supervised the Thrift Store and many other sectors of TMS.
- I have a passion for TMS and the work we do but also a passion for the staff and leading people in achieving their goals and the Seed's goals.
- I am gifted in coaching people and building relationships, having the hard conversations but also encouraging them to use the gifts God has given them.
- I want to build healthy culture in Edmonton. Not just a 'fun' culture, that is important too, but a healthy working environment with people feeling fulfilled in their positions and bringing staff together with one goal. This goal encompasses our vision, mission and values. Having someone to come and talk about faith, work, and life whom you can trust, goes a great way in a healthy work environment.
