Network Operations Coordinator& Crew Scheduler

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing flights, assigning GDOs and making sure travel arrangements and accommodations are confirmed for the crew.
  • Communicate regularly with station managers about scheduled flights and any changes that may occur.
  • Track regulatory requirements, such as duty times, rest periods, and legal limits on crew's FDP.
  • Send out DFIs to all respective departments and communicate flight delays by entering the appropriate delay codes and reasons into the system (movement screen).
  • Manage all OFP retention documents ensuring that it's filed into the appropriate folders (Fuel slips, Load sheets, OFPs, Journey Logs).
  • Liaise with station ground handlers to ensure that all parties for towing, fuel, catering, lavatory/groomers are all set up.
  • Send out movement messages (OOOI times) and any special requests from ACARs to arrival and departure stations.
  • Keep all departments updated with any potential irrops, duty exceedances and contingency plans.
