I’m currently working as a Technical Support Associate at Foundever, where I provide phone-based support by troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. I hold an MBA from the John Molson School of Business and a background in Electrical Engineering, which together give me a strong blend of technical and business acumen. My experience also includes hands-on work in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads. I’m passionate about problem-solving, clear communication, and continuous learning.
Between 2019 and 2023, I focused on personal growth and skill development while preparing to pursue my MBA. During this period, I took the opportunity to deepen my technical knowledge, explore digital marketing, and gain practical experience in customer support roles. This time also allowed me to build a strong foundation for my advanced studies and career transition, which I successfully pursued by completing my MBA at the John Molson School of Business in 2023.
