  • Subject Matter Expert in Bank of Butterfield Primary applications and basic knowledge on Secondary and Tertiary applications
  • Perform application health checks in the Citrix VDI and troubleshoot to solve any failures. In case of issue related to VDI, create and escalate incidents to the Citrix team to resolve the failures
