  • As M Moser’s first and only in-house Recruiter, it was my job to support M Moser’s global talent efforts and be an active member in the deployment and management of an application tracking system (ATS), recruitment structure/process, and talent retention strategy
  • My goal was to reduce recruitment agency expenditures, enhance the candidate recruitment experience and improve retention of new recruits and current employees
  • Responsibilities included:
  • Created Company Matrix for Internal Roles and Succession Planning, including defining and establishing job descriptions salaries bands and corporate titles
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for all campus vacancies and recruitment needs across the organization, including building and maintaining relationships with key schools and organizations
  • Organizing Campus Recruiting events, representing the company as the face of Recruitment
