Job overview
- I am one of the data analysts at the Data Center Operations at Nanometrics, and my primary responsibilities are processing seismic events and handling any Athena portal requests the clients may require, including demo presentations
- As a senior analyst, my responsibilities include training new analysts and communicating between teams to solve complex questions/requests from clients
- In Bitbucket, I work parallel with the software team as a senior member of the data analysts to integrate new clients into the Nanometrics system
- Since Nanometrics developed its software internally, I have contributed to developing new features
- From public software, I use QGIS and Google Earth Pro to process GIS data as part of a responsibility to complete clients' requests
- I use Python packages to run calculations with data
- Some of the Python code I have developed by myself to work more efficiently by automating repetitive processes.
