  • Ran daily operations for 20 locations (garages and surface lots) in La Jolla and Pacific Beach area. In charge of monthly parking, transient parking, parking rates, and parking enforcement for all locations.
  • Account maintenance. Responded to inquirers from monthly parkers and potential parkers regarding parking options. Made changes to their accounts when necessary.
  • Generated and distributed monthly parking invoices for all parkers, as well as monthly validation invoices for companies.
  • Collections. Made sure payments have been collected in a timely manner. Kept agings report current.
  • Processed vendor invoices in accounting system. Made sure invoices were processed on time and got booked to the correct location and G/L code.
  • Processed payments and Bank reconciliation. Made sure cash, checks, and credit card payments were processed and posted in the system and deposited in the bank.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with Property Managers, Tenants, and Building engineers. As well as external vendors and suppliers.
  • Supervised operations staff and kept employees compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Hired, trained, and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance metrics.
  • Scheduled employees for shifts, taking into account customer traffic and employee strengths.
  • Approved time cards of employees using payroll software Kronos and Ultipro. Made adjustments when necessary, made sure overtime was kept at a minimum, and no meal penalties were incurred.
  • Entered daily and monthly corporate reports, such as transactions reports, paystation reports, counts reports, and keycard audits.
  • Created ad hoc reports for property managers when needed. Reports included revenue reports, expense reports, variance reports, location capacity reports, and monthly parking rosters.
  • Worked with accountants on month end P/L statements for each location.
