March 2023 – At Present Project ATLAS - Launching 8500 series windows, Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors Jeld-Wen has launched new 8500 series window under Project ATLAS which meets 2030 energy star ratings. We modified our existing equipment & machines to manufacture these windows as well as to continue our regular window production. We designed new jigs, templates & fixtures and coordinated with our tool & die maker to manufacture them as per design. After modifying all the equipment, we tested it’s accuracy within permissible tolerance and launched project ATLAS successfully. Currently, we are improving our processes and solving customer complaints., Feb. 2021 – July 2021 Project Dakota - Construction project of Amazon distribution center, W&W Steel Erectors Project Dakota was a construction project of Amazon distribution center in Hamilton, ON. I was working as a bridge to connect our on-field fabrication team with designers in US. I was raising day to day fabrication issues to design team and coordinating changes with foremen. I was working with our vendors and suppliers to keep the record of rental equipment on site. I was tracking project status daily and presenting in weekly calls. I was preparing project status reports and site inspection reports for stakeholders as per stakeholder engagement & communication management plan.
