  • Established best practices for creating very accurate and detailed cabinet shop drawings for multi-family projects.
  • After contracts were awarded, gathered & reviewed the necessary information (i.e. issued for construction sets of architectural, interior design drawings, interior design specifications, site instructions etc.), and prepared project specification summary sheets for the shop drawing creation.
  • Reviewed the scope of work and dollar values on the contracts, identified and reported to the contract administrator if any discrepancies were found.
  • Collaborated directly with the architects and interior designers to finalize the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry designs to prevent the issues in functionality and building codes.
  • Thoroughly created detailed and accurate cabinet shop drawings by using 20-20 cabinet software based on the provided architectural, interior design drawings, electrical drawings and interior design specifications including appliance specifications & sink specifications, BC building code compliances; and submitted it to the customers for approvals.

  • Identified and kept track of the changes made in the projects (Site Instructions, Contemplated Change orders, on-site changes etc.) from the tender documents throughout the projects, calculated the difference and issued change orders by using Microsoft Excel.

  • Managed the multi-family project files and kept track of the communications made between the customers and ourselves.

Requested to run the deficiency and back order check upon the receipts of the materials, reported back to the vendors promptly, and made sure all of them arrived before the production started.
