- After contracts were awarded, gathered & reviewed the necessary information (i.e. issued for construction sets of architectural, interior design drawings, interior design specifications, site instructions etc.), and prepared project specification summary sheets for the shop drawing creation.
- Reviewed the scope of work and dollar values on the contracts, identified and reported to the contract administrator if any discrepancies were found.
- Collaborated directly with the architects and interior designers to finalize the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry designs to prevent the issues in functionality and building codes.
- Thoroughly created detailed and accurate cabinet shop drawings by using 20-20 cabinet software based on the provided architectural, interior design drawings, electrical drawings and interior design specifications including appliance specifications & sink specifications, BC building code compliances; and submitted it to the customers for approvals.
- Dealt with the most complicatedly designed large sized projects.
- Identified and kept track of the changes made in the projects (Site Instructions, Contemplated Change orders, on-site changes etc.) from the tender documents throughout the projects, calculated the difference and issued change orders by using Microsoft Excel.
- Worked closely with the engineering team for any custom cabinets requirements, and the purchasing team for the material requirements.
- Managed the multi-family project files and kept track of the communications made between the customers and ourselves.
- Kept updating the purchasing department for the material requirements and timeline for the projects
- Created site measure template for each unit for the site measure personnel. After receiving the site measurements, thoroughly checked, and if there were any site issues found on site, brought it back to the customers, and adjusted cabinet sizes to fit after acquiring the customers’ approvals.

Requested to run the deficiency and back order check upon the receipts of the materials, reported back to the vendors promptly, and made sure all of them arrived before the production started.
