I started my journey in Dominican Republic where I earned my Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Masters Degree in Technological and Industrial Enterprises Management. Over the last 10 years I have been directly involved in a variety of projects gaining a significant amount of knowledge and understanding of Project Process, Analysis and Planning. I have extensive experience in implementing improved solutions to process flows and procedures that enable me to develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.

During my career as an Engineer at Multinational organizations, I gained experience needed to work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production, evaluate projects, decipher how to manufacture parts or products and to deliver services with maximum efficiency. I am able to review production schedules and make suggestions that help the company run smoother and more efficiently. I have the ability to design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet customer’s quality standards.

A highlight in my career was at a Power Generation facility where I was tasked to understand methods and activities in manufacturing, services, and to plan sophisticated processes by developing procedure documentation. I have the ability to identify problems within the existing system and make changes using diagrams, control graphics, and timing studies. I was involved in different projects with the objective of taking robust systems and ensuring the most effective quality outcome.

I consider myself an Expert in systems/process design, cost-reduction strategies, energy-saving solutions, innovative problem solving, complex troubleshooting and skillful relationship-building with client executives and teams. I have the ability to evaluate, improve and standardize processes by applying engineering specifications to find ways to reduce waste and improve performance.

I have excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay focused. I possess excellent time-management and organizational skills with the aptitude to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
