  • I am presently working as the Global Head of all HR applications within the Jubilant Group of Companies. In this role, I report to the Global Applications Head and maintain a dotted-line reporting to the Group CHRO.
  • The HR Transformation project was officially launched in September 2025, following two years of extensive stakeholder alignment and budget negotiations with entire Leadership including the CEOs of eight different businesses across. The initiative aims to modernize the organization's HR technology landscape by replacing PeopleSoft and six other integrated third-party systems with SuccessFactors, driving efficiency, integration, and user experience improvements.
  • Standardize HR processes globally by aligning and simplifying the Global HR IT Application portfolio, through the implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft as the Core HR system across all regions.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of Core HR, Position Management, Profile Management, Recruitment, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Training Admin, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Off-boarding & No-Dues process, Payroll & Absence management for Jubilant and its subsidiary companies & its seamless integration with other 3rd party applications.
  • Implemented JAMS(Savior system) to track attendance and overtime for employees across all plants and offices in India.
  • Implement CSOD as the LMS and LinkedIn Learning for learning materials, seamlessly integrated with PeopleSoft for all Jubilant employees globally.
  • Implemented Ripplehire as the Employee Referral System, integrating it with Career Portal, PeopleSoft, ADP, and DayForce for all Jubilant employees globally.
  • Implemented APTIA to streamline benefits management of all US employees.
  • Implement DayForce for the efficient administration of payroll and absence in Canada & its interface with PeopleSoft & SAP
  • Implemented the Global Pre-Onboarding Process to improve the new hire experience and reduce attrition by 8%. Upon accepting an offer, applicants receive an automated link with organizational information, Day 1 requirements, a buddy connection, and forms for personal details, prior work experience, educational qualifications, and banking and insurance details. This data flows automatically into Oracle PeopleSoft Core HR, ensuring employees are ready and productive from Day 1.
  • Launched Org Manager, enabling organization-wide change simulations and heat map generation for effective workforce modeling.
  • Developed and integrated Power BI dashboards with datalake, enabling real-time visibility into key performance indicators such as attrition rates, turnover rates, and hiring metrics.

  • Identify Technology Trends & HR-IT Strategy alignment: Enhancing employee experience and leveraging AI are essential now. After a thorough study of SaaS systems like Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and DarwinBox, I finalized our HRIS Transformation project. This involves transitioning from Oracle PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors, replacing several other applications as well. I secured budget approval from all seven business unit CEOs, marking a significant achievement that will drive digital transformation and innovation. SuccessFactors is going live in Sep'27.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Hold Quarterly Review meeting with GCHRO, CDIO, & CEOs of each business to provide an update on the new enhancements to the system and its impact on business, and the update on current projects along with risks & mitigation plans with leadership to understand business requirements and ensure seamless technology integration across departments.
