• Identified that 35% of the asset portfolio in the City of Guelph is in poor, very poor, or past-due condition.
• Suggested integrating embodied carbon considerations and infrastructure changes into the AMP.

Alternative solutions for congestion on Queens St:                                             Feb 2023 - Apr 2023

• The main objective was to analyze the performance of a selected transit line, route or a sub-network in Toronto, and recommend appropriate service improvements
• Used powerful traffic simulation software Vissim for modelling the existing conditions of Queens St.
• Analyzed the congestion issues faced by street car.
• Came up with alternatives that included TSP, compared the before and after scenarios with heatmaps of the route.
