I am a sophomore at Colfax High School and I have been a committed dancer since I was three years old. I have danced almost every genre of dance and show dedication by going to rehearsals every day for 3-5 hours. Now, I train in Sacramento and while my practices aren't as frequent, I am still pursuing my dream of becoming a dancer. I am very creative, and spend my free time painting or writing. I won a photography contest this year and am now participating in several writing contests. Community is very important to my family and I. My mother gives back to the community as a teacher at Colfax High school, my father brings people together with his running events, and I too hope to work and give back to the community I live in.
