Several cities in B.C and Calgary Alberta. Mostly Italian food, such as Pizza and Pasta. Some locations were dine In and others strictly take out and delivery. Fast food drive In as well as a Rotisserie location. 4 of the aforementioned Restaurants were in Port Alberni. I built all these places from scratch, did most of the renovations myself, trained staff and did all the cooking with my helpful staff. I had over 400 employees during my 20 years in the restaurant business and 1 is still working for the company that I just sold.
