• During a power interruption lasting 8 hours in 2018, successfully addressed the immediate needs of three oxygen-dependent residents who lacked access to backup power. Adapted swiftly to identify alternative sources of supplemental oxygen and ensure their proper use. Subsequently, ensured instillation of necessary backup power infrastructure to prevent similar issues.
