I always knew i wanted to be in the trades as i like working with my hands and i like to be able to see the progress of my work. I thought i would be an electrician as i had plenty of experience working as an electrician over the summers for my uncles company in northern alberta. so i went to apply and realized i had to go to Moose Jaw so i ultimately decided on going to pre-employment refrigeration. although i was 18 at the time and didn't have the confidence that i have today. i completed school i was one of the few that passed. although following school i wasn't assertive enough in my search for employment and ended up flowing around for awhile as i discovered myself. i ended up finding a job in Sheet Metal but had always regretted never completing refrigeration. know that i have been working in the industry for 10 plus years I would like to take a step back into a learning role so i can expand on my proficiencies. My current place of occupation is great but i feel i have reached the ceiling of what i can do here professionally and now want to take a step back in order to take two steps forward.
