So far I have specialized in customer service, sales, order processing, inventory management, logistics, E-commerce, and have even had the exciting experience of starting my own successful business to give me the time to fully commit my first certification for IT. I have had experience in IT software and hardware troubleshooting with various operating systems as well as built two websites using both Wix and Shopify that still stand today.   • Served as sole site tech for all of Ruth Musser Middle School location, supporting staff and users requesting technical assistance.
  • Often handled imaging, repairing, and troubleshooting of both student and teacher laptops, laptop charging carts, All-In-One computers, printers, classroom sound systems, and smartboards.
