I started playing rugby when I was 13 for a Junior's Rugby Club in Scarborough. Ever since then I fell in love for the sport the tenacity and thrill you get when not only succeeding in the sport but also coming across challenging components to it as well. To combine this with playing on a field in the outdoors I then had more of a reason to go on hikes and experience nature because of the sport that I love! I would then incorporate weightlifting at about 15 years old to help me succeed more in my sport and then found a new interest.
Not only do I having experience in playing rugby but also coaching it, I was very lucky to coach at my high school for juniors and varsity girls rugby. I also participated in coaching wrestling for varsity boys and girls. I was very fortunate to be added to the athletic Council in my high school and was given proper training regarding safety and Sport etiquette.
