  • Hired as a FOH Manger in July 2016 and was responsible for the financials and training in the Bar for the Carlsbad location. In 2018 filled roles in Fashion Valley and La Jolla, where I was again responsible for the Bar and assumed the role of Training Manager, ensuring staff education and accountability to standards. In September of 2019 I was promoted to Operating Partner and given the responsibility of the Carlsbad location and in October of 2024, I made a lateral move to take over the bistro in San Diego at Fashion Valley Mall, the 5th busiest in the company with over 7 million in sales annually.
  • Currently lead the charge with the Guest Experience, Culinary Excellence, and financial results for San Diego.   • As the Operation General Manager I was directly accountable for the Restaurant Managers. This includes HOH (Heart of the House) Manager, FOH (Front of the House) Manager, Assistant Managers and Shift Leads. I am required to maintain a safe environment, and improve bottom line profitability through appropriate expense control and revenue management. I collaborate with the Guest Experience Business Model General Manager, FOH Manager and HOH Manager to ensure the experience for the guest. My job is directly accountable for all operations within the restaurant, including budgets, P&L management and reconciliation, assets protection, ordering & inventory, Responsible Alcohol Service compliance as well as Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.   • As General Manager I was responsible for managing guest flow while providing leadership, development and direction for Management and hourly staff. Lead the charge on developing a training manual that allowed us to change the hiring philosophy with in the Bistro. Pivotal in the recruitment, and hiring of the FOH Supervisory team and was responsible for their ongoing development. I was in charge of ensuring payroll accuracy as well as schedules and filled the roll of HR conduit for all Bistro staff. I implemented systems, wrote policies and procedures and ensured that controls were in place for follow up. These systems helped drive sales from $5.5 million to $9 million within three years. In 2013 I assisted in opening the Liberty Station location for the joint venture of Moana Stone Services Corporation. I was responsible for the recruiting and hiring of over 250 employees and provided ongoing mentoring of the Beverage Department which consisted of 3 Bar Supervisors and 37 hourly employees. I developed the Beverage Leadership team in regards to understanding financials, employee relations, and maintenance and repair of both beer and wine draft systems. I created a job description for the Beverage Coordination Manager who was responsible for running the department, product procurement, and the facilitation of staff education as well assisting in coordinating large on site events with the Bistro Event team.
