•Prioritize complex RUO quoting for all product lines including mRNA, CleanCap, NTP and Oligo for key accounts
•Coordinate training of new and current Inside Sales Business and Development members
•Sorting leads daily to assign and delegate incoming web inquires
•Initiate and complete customer complaints with QA
•Acting as a technical SME with BD when needed and could speak to manufacturing, logistics of order, payment complexities, etc.
•Engage with Distributors to ensure that communication is effective, trainings are complete, and each relationship is maintained.
•Drive internal improvement processes.
•Meet quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives within assigned product lines
