  • Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center - Lebanon, NH $228 million, 1,000,000 Building (SF): DHMC complex schools and the fourth oldest medical school in the country. approximately 1,000,000 square feet built in 1991 Additional floors were added to the NCCC building, now called the Rubin Building, in 2004. The new Doctor's Office building, parking garage and East Mall were completed in 2005. As of 2006, DHMC is now approximately 1,800,000 square feet.
  • Fletcher Allen Ambulatory Care Center - Burlington, VT $135 million, 700,000 Building (SF): $135 million, new 700,000 sf ambulatory care building housing numerous specialty outpatient care centers, a day hospital with ambulatory surgery center, a procedures unit and recovery area, an outpatient cancer center, central laboratory, and patient info. Acid waste and vent glass piping system, med gas clean steam process piping.
  • National Institutes of Health - Bethesda, MD $79 million, 294,532 Building (SF): NIH Building 50, Stokes Research Laboratory project. $50 million, 300,000 Building (SF): NIH Building 37 laboratory modernization project. BSL-4 Clean laboratory, nuclear magnet, acid waste and vent pipe and storage equipment. Med gas clean steam process pipe.
  • University of Maryland Health Science Center - Baltimore, MD $90 million, 100,000 Building (SF): 100,000 sf laboratory facility included a NMR suite, BL-3 containment area, wet and dries laboratories, and associated support and equipment rooms. Scope of work included the installation of all HVAC ductwork, piping and equipment, plumbing systems.
  • National Security Administration - Fort Meade, MD $80 million, $80 million Supercomputer Facility, 183,000 sf complex is located on a 25-acre site at the NSA Headquarters at Fort Meade. 78,000 sf of raised flooring for data processing and supercomputer support. Work included utilities and approximately one mile of high-voltage duct bank. Underfloor CHW piping.
  • Department of Defense - Fort Meade, MD $85 million, NSA information laboratory (Photo Laboratory).
  • Environmental Protection Agency - Fort Meade, MD $150 million, 140,000 Building (SF): $150 million, 140,000 sf complex, which holds laboratories, offices, conference rooms, a library, data center, and storage rooms. The facility includes a laboratory portion divided into 70 work areas dedicated to organic and inorganic chemistry, biology, double wall acid waste underground pipe, process steam and medical gas pipe.
  • Beckly Federal Correction Facility - Beckly, WV $185 million, 450,000 Building (SF): 450,000 sf prison complex included two central plants, and various housing units. The project also included a heating and cooling plant, and distribution system for all facilities on this site. Designed around a campus plan with 25 buildings. Underground insulated steam, HW, CHW pipe.
  • Allenwood Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) $100 million 640-acre complex consisted of a high-security penitentiary, a medium-security correctional institution, a low-security correctional institution, and a minimum-security camp. The minimum-security camp was later closed as a cost-saving measure.
