At my previous employer, our largest client introduced a completely new decorations order flow, presenting a significant challenge for the company. Additionally, I provided guidance and direction to a team of developers who assisted me in building and delivering the solutions.
Significance:
One of the major use cases for the client was to optimize the allocation of stock from standard warehouses to warehouses with decoration capabilities. This involved evaluating complex factors and determining the most suitable warehouse for each decoration order.
