• Built and managed a private cloud on converged infrastructure with a focus on HPE hardware and direct attach 3PAR storage. Designed, implemented and managed a private cloud service and service offerings.
  Automated the deployment of management software to Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the DEV/QA infrastructure at BMO. This includes maintaining the physical ESXi environment, managing 6000+ Virtual Servers and 1000+ physical servers. Maintain ESXi and Windows platform currency, troubleshoot OS related issues, follow up on outstanding issues and work collaboratively with numerous projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and are highly available.

• Team lead for the DTI Citrix Support group providing on-call 24x7 support to the global resourcing program. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Citrix Support Group including the assignment of work, following up on outstanding issues and providing direction to other team members. Setup and maintain numerous individual projects within a Citrix environment. Create troubleshooting documentation as well as user guides for access into the Citrix environment. Responsible for leading multiple project migrations between Citrix environments. Work with multiple external vendors to provide information updates as well as communicate any outages or planned down time.
