• Before returning to academia, I worked in my hometown with my occupation as a CAD drafter at Pacific Electric, Inc.
• My primary task was to assist in the completion of lug tap orders using computer-aided design software to prepare blueprints and schematics.
• I helped to maintain organized digital libraries of completed drawings and associated files for easy access or future reference.
• I would also assemble some of my designs in the shop or assist the shop workers with their projects when my flow of orders slowed down.
