As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), extensive teaching and mentoring experience has been cultivated to foster the next generation of therapists. Co-developer and steering wheel committee member for the development and implementation of Select Medical's National Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Recognized as a national faculty lead.

Contributed to Select Medical's national Patient-Reported-Outcomes (PROs) team that successfully implemented a company wide education and training program, enhancing standardized outcomes measurement and utility to drive patient outcomes.

Spearheaded the establishment of Select Medical's National Orthopedic Residency Program into San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, marking the program's inaugural expansion into CA. Recognized as San Diego's lead residency faculty.

Co-developer, content creator, and knowledge expert for National Spine Program for Select Medical and to educate and train Physical Therapists working with Select Medical's collaboration with Cedars Sinai.
