  • Built new budget model to work more efficiently during high growth period. The highly scalable model allowed new stores to be easily added and all data rolled into aggregate calculations.

  • Sourced GIS, mapping & data visualization software to make visuals for the executive team’s quarterly board meeting.
  • Worked with the purchasing team to build an Excel tool that tracked brand sales in all applicable ways to the contracts. This also included a dashboard for the buyers, so they hit free shipping minimums.
  • Built a new commission model that linked to the new company budget model. This helped improve forecasting and gave managers a dashboard to review their employees’ metrics.
  • New Commission model led to 127 basis point increase in GM and increased commissions. This was accomplished by incentivizing sales of in-house brand sales.
