- Built a new commission model that linked to the new company budget model. This helped improve forecasting and gave managers a dashboard to review their employees’ metrics.
- New Commission model led to 127 basis point increase in GM and increased commissions. This was accomplished by incentivizing sales of in-house brand sales.
