• Developed our concrete self-work scope/schedule for the Kaiser bed tower expansion project, which consisted of approx. 12,000 yards of concrete throughout basement foundations, CIP walls, SOG and 23 SOMD placements.
• Coordinated with various trade partners for the installation of rebar, formwork, MEP's, and the use of mobile cranes and concrete pumps throughout the site.
• Diligently adhered to all HCAI and ACI standards for Kaiser, working hand in hand with their IOR inspection team and subsequent special inspectors, to ensure a quality product in a timely manner.
• Monitored project progress, proactively addressing challenges or obstacles to maintain momentum toward completion goals.
• Reduced safety incidents by enforcing strict safety protocols and conducting regular training sessions for staff.
• Maintained a positive cashflow through cost control, labor recap and various margin analysis tools.

• Mentored and trained concrete apprentice team members, providing guidance on industry standards and best practices for career growth. Highly involved in the hands-on training throughout the placement of 60,000 yards of concrete on a 200 acre jobsite.
• Coordinated concrete pump schedule and logistics for 5 separate buildings and maintained 4 placements per week for the duration of the concrete scope.
• I was promoted to Area Superintendent after the concrete scope and took over the site and security scope. Scope consisted of fine grade, final landscape, site security fencing, aircraft protection enclosures, electrical substation and site concrete finishes/punchlist.
• Adhered to all NAVFAC requirements/specs on China Lake Naval Base, established and maintained positive relationships with their OIC's and ensured safety and quality were upheld at all times.

• Established and trained crews for the placement of concrete and the setting/stripping of structural formwork for the CARB emissions project.
• Maintained a placement schedule of 4 days per week, and the stripping of all necessary formwork to streamline schedule.
• Met with HP field engineers to plan layouts and timeframes for specific scopes.
• Operated as the main certified rigger in conjunction with Mr.Crane, to pick and locate all material throughout the project.
• Maintained a clean, safe worksite for team safety and to help keep projects on-track.
• Ordered materials and scheduled concrete trucks.
• Demolished and repaired old concrete surfaces.
• Established strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials at competitive prices.

• Assisted crew members with positioning trucks and moved discharge chute to guide concrete into forms.
• Mentored apprentice crew members, providing hands-on guidance in various concrete techniques and reinforcing their knowledge of industry standards.
• Delivered high-quality concrete workmanship by consistently adhering to blueprints and specifications.
