    Duties and priorities on the sales side include:
    - Arranging meetings with hiring managers to present our business model, highlighting the advantages of working with Kee. This could be with existing customers, lapsed customers, warm leads, or through cold calling. The objective is to convert leads into customers and customers into growing accounts.
    - Relationship building with new and existing customers, as well as potential customers.
    - Working with current customers to understand their specific needs and goals to determine how we can grow with them, add value to their business, and therefore increase sales.
    - Continuously monitoring the industry for potential customers, using online platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, and through conversations with various contacts.

    Duties and priorities on the recruitment side include:
    - Maintain strong working relationships with all customer managers and supervisors at all locations, which includes daily contact to ensure their satisfaction and determine staffing needs.
    - Maintain accurate and confidential records on the customer and employee sides.
