  • Customer liaison for marketing and procurement of workload for shop and field
  • Estimating, costing, and providing quotes for projects as requested by customers (in conjunction with other key personnel areas of expertise)
  • Submitting bids for posted work opportunities, Ministry, and other
  • Ongoing customer communication for projects/workload in progress
  • Scheduling and supervision of individual project labour requirements including, but not limited to, acquisition, coordination of other external resources required for project completion (contractors, rental equipment)

  • Cost allocation for stock materials and coding of reimbursable expenses to project WO's as required
  • Work with administration staff to ensure all safety, indoc, training, and travel requirements are in place for project labour requirements
  • Review all timesheet submissions for completeness on projects
  • Review job cost data for completeness
  • Work onsite making sure jobs or on task well as mentoring workers.
