I have maintained a thriving practice for over 20 years and used my Spanish fluency to help my many non-english speaking patients feel at ease. My interest in directing a skilled investigative team was born out of connecting with the brilliant colleagues with whom I've had the pleasure to work through my lead physician roles with several hospital systems and their rehab teams. I enjoy finding out what unique skill set and 'superpower' each person brings to their role, and finding creative ways to apply those and let everyone work to their greatest potential and to the fullest of their license. When we're challenging ourselves in this way, we discover how exciting our roles can be and share pride in our collaborative product.
