• Transportation to Appointments: Providing transportation for medical appointments, social activities, and other necessary outings.

Health and Medication Management:

• Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting changes in the client's health, including vital signs, and other symptoms.
• Medication Management: Assisting with medication reminders and ensuring the correct dosages are taken.

Emotional support and companionship:

• Offering Emotional Support: Providing comfort, encouragement, and a listening ear.
• Companionship: Reducing isolation and loneliness by offering companionship, and engaging in social activities.

Advocacy and communication:

• Advocacy for the Client: Representing the client's needs and interests to healthcare professionals and other relevant parties.
• Communicating with Medical Staff: Keeping healthcare providers informed about the client's condition and progress.
