-I participated in a cultural exchange to Argentina last summer. My family hosted a student for three months and I lived in Buenos Aires for two months. I learned to adjust to unfamiliar situations quickly while challenged by a different language and lifestyle. This taught me confidence and patience when talking to others and improved my Spanish language skills. Through my experiences abroad, I became more confident, independent and broadened my perspective of the world.
