Summary

I am a well-established full-time working professional in the industry for 33 years and have a wealth of knowledge in various areas such as Financial banking, Outsourcing, Payroll, Human Capital Management as well as with Time and Labor Management Solutions.

I am looking for a change in my career and came across this posting for Loss Prevention Specialist and this piqued my interest.

Although my resume will display that I do not have some of the ’Preferred Qualifications’, I am always willing to learn new systems, procedures, and processes.

My strong communication skills allow me to work well in both a collaborative team environment, and/or independently.

During my 19 years with ADP, I have been a dedicated employee who excelled in several areas of the business by always growing my knowledge base.

I successfully completed all ADP internal training courses as well as CPA certifications. (Canadian Payroll Association).

I gained confidence and a clear understanding of various ADP systems and programs .

I volunteered for the role of Subject Matter Expert for ADP’s new HRMS system and assisted with documenting best practices for product support.

I demonstrated a commitment to World Class Service and have received several accolades from ADP as well as client’s.

I have an outgoing personality and like to participate in work-related functions along with fund raising for charities and participle in events such as (CCC) Calgary Corporate Challenge. In summary, I’m an honest, reliable, motivated individual who appreciates a challenging work environment and holds a strong commitment to learning.
