- Worked closely with developer/builder clients and their consultants to design residential condominium developments at several locations over several years, with the priority to sell at the highest price possible and as quickly as possible.
- Worked as right hand person to the CEO of Milborne Real Estate, Hunter Milborne, in organizing and executing sales programs and events to attract buyers and real estate agents to sell the properties and assisted in other business related duties for other Developer clients.
- Worked closely with the Developers' Team to design, organize, and manage the sales operations, including, but not limited to, all legal documentation, and implementing policies and procedures between the developer and sales office operations.
- Organized and implemented pricing spreadsheets and pricing analysis for developers and sales operations for clients of the company.
- Conducted and prepared marketing reports and research as required.
- Organized and executed real estate broker community events, many of which targeted multicultural attendees.
- Worked with Lindvest/Firmland Development Corporation for 13 years, completing two projects: B.streets Condominiums at 783 Bathurst Street, and Sonic and SuperSonic Condominiums at 2 and 6 Sonic Way, Don Mills, and Eglinton Avenue East, from project design to final closing.
- Worked for Monarch Developments for 17 years, completing approximately 20 projects from project design to final closing, including the Carrington Projects located at Leslie and Eglinton Avenue, and nine condominium projects on the Etobicoke waterfront, to name a few.
- Worked for Mattamy Homes on several projects when it acquired Monarch Developments. The most recent project was on Saturday2 at Downsview Park.
- Recruited, trained and assisted hundreds of staff members over the years for their job positions within the company since 1994 and promoted the company whenever possible.
