at North Burnaby where I was assigned to a variety of Duties.

1) Maintain lobbies and common areas.

2)washrooms , clean and proper stock supplies,empty garbage , sweep and mop Floors.

3) replace burnt out light bulbs

4)Litter Patrol around the perimeter

parking areas, walkways breezeways

4) Vacuuming all Carpets and Tile Floors

5) Respond to emergencies such as floods

Minor repairs or inform management in case of any preventive maintenance or broken equipment or doors walls leaking faucets, bathtubs etc.

6) Move outs in charge of cleaning rental units.

7) Ordering Supplies when need it.

8 Performing Monthly. Quarterly, Semiannual, Annual

Duties.

9 ) Sort Out Work Orders from tenants

10 Inventory ( making sure all SDS sheets up to date)
